A Holiday Celebration of Life
Jan Mercer Dahms & 6-Figures (a networking group for highly accomplished, professional women) are pleased to announce our 16th NYC event on December 11, 2013: A Holiday Celebration of Life: A Night a Culture, Arts, & Giving Back. Ringing true to the 6-Figures mission of creating unique, boutique face-to-face experiences for professional women to network, socialize, and have fun, this evening promises to be a special treat: men are invited! Our cultural and art extravaganza showcases artists who blend spirituality, nature, and peace and tranquility — all necessary ingredients for a happy holiday season. And, true to the holiday spirit of celebration, counting our blessings, and giving back, the December 6-Figures event is in support of tay-bandz, a “kids helping kids” nonprofit organization dedicated to pediatric cancer research. Tay-bandz was founded by Taylor Matthews, who at the age of 11 was diagnosed with cancer. Her dearest hope was that “someday no child would ever have to face cancer.” Taylor’s parents, Sue and Bob Matthews have carried on her mission with the same zest for bravery and determination that Taylor embodied. We’re honored to have tay-bandz as our philanthropic partner for our holiday event.
